Cesar Lasso has spent the last 30 years building a strong network of contacts in the beauty industry, which has allowed him to present this new collection of premium products to our loyal customers. In 1992, Mr. Lasso founded a cosmetics distribution company in the United States, offering beauty products and fragrances to international companies. In 2012, after 23 years successfully running his business, Mr. Lasso established CJ Lasso, LLC, and launched his line of nebulized fragrances with an impressive collection of 14 fragrances.
Thanks to the excellent response and satisfaction of our customers, the brand has achieved great success and has expanded its presence to the U.S. market, as well as to Dubai, Africa, Colombia, Costa Rica, Paraguay and Brazil.

Return and refund policy
CJ Lasso Return Policy
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders are generally delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
Are your fragrances vegan and animal cruelty-free?
Yes, all our fragrances are vegan and have never been tested on animals. We are committed to offering ethical and environmentally friendly products to meet the needs of our conscientious customers.
Do you have any recommendations for fragrance care and storage?
To maintain the integrity and aroma of your fragrances, we recommend storing them in a cool, dark, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes. Also, be sure to close the caps tightly to prevent premature evaporation of the fragrance.
How do I know if a fragrance will be suitable for my skin?
To test whether a fragrance suits you, apply a small amount to your wrist and let it develop for several hours. This will allow you to observe how the olfactory notes interact with your skin chemistry and whether you like the evolution of the scent. However, you don’t have to worry, as our fragrances go through strict testing processes before they are released to the market.

What happens after the purchase?
