Return & Exchange Policy

CJ Lasso is glad to issue a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that your received it. To fill out Return/Exchange form, click here and send back with the item for processing. Not only can customers return items by mail, but they can also return them right to the Store/Showroom. Customers can bring the items to the CJ Lasso Store/Showroom along with a receipt. Once the return is received and processed, the customer receives a credit back to the original payment method. Unfortunately, shipping fees cannot be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return/exchange from the time we receive it. Return by Mail:

  • Complete the Exchange and/or Return form, you can print form here
  • Within 30 days of purchase, refunds will credit back to the original payment method
  • Original shipping & handling fees are not refundable
  • Offers & promotions are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges

Return in Store/Showroom:

  • Bring your receipt or order confirmation and item (s) you wish to return to CJ Lasso for a prompt return or exchange
  • An associate will accept your return or make an exchange

Exchange:

  • Remember to include payment to cover any price difference on an exchange
  • You will not be charged shipping & handing to ship exchange merchandise of equal or lesser value back to you
  • If you received your item as a gift, check off the “returning a gift” box and provide your shipping information
  • Prepare your package for shipment
  • Box or bag your item (s) and paperwork, remove any old labels if your are recycling a package
  • Choose a pre-paid, insured, traceable delivery service
